Modern day life can really take its toll on our wellbeing. Self-care, soul growth, self development and a responsible stewardship of the earth has gained tremendous ground over the last few decades, rapidly growing in popularity over more recent years.  Perhaps more than ever before, people want to live their lives in a more balanced and holistic way – with more meaning.  We’re seeking out experiences, products and services to both reflect our lifestyles and express our authentic selves.

I started whatsmyalternative.com as a place to share and advocate ethical, eco-friendly and natural alternative approaches to wellbeing and self development, including products and services.  To offer insights on self empowerment and knowledge from caring, insightful and inspiring people who have walked their own unique paths. This includes holistic therapists, naturopaths, natural hairdressers, animal lovers, astrologers and many more. These wonderful people (and their brands) have fascinating stories, insights and perspectives to share.

My aim is to empower you in the here-and-now to bring about improved health and wellbeing of mind, body and spirit. To help you to become the best and most authentic version of you.  My blog is totally independent – with no sway from external media outlets or publishers.  My simple aim is to bring together the insights of a group of genuine and thoughtful people; people who care for the world and want to make it a better place. Those who share in my passion for self development, exploration, learning and discovery.

If you’re ready to start making small changes to improve yourself and are keen to embrace vibrant new perspectives on life, then welcome.  Who knows what wonderful things you might discover. I’m always looking for likeminded contributors, so if you’d be interested in writing for whatsmyalternative.com, then please get in touch here.

Love and light,
